We only have one earth - So we should better start taking care of it! For sure, this is an amazing spot to photograph in Iceland, but let's think about the background of this plane. At some point humans crashed it on Iceland. And since then it's laying there. And now think about this plane in a metaphoric way - the human impact on the environment is huge and sadly in a negative way. We are all living together on this earth - We are all connected. So every single person should think about their personal impact on the environment and maybe start to decrease their "footprint".

Normally I hate doing photos like this outside, since every few minutes people walk by and seem irritated about what the heck I am doing out there. This time was no exception.

This misty forest was a very special place in one of my journeys to the mountain side. In Romania you will find many places that exude a mysterious energy and you don't feel like talking, you just contemplate the unusual beauty.

Police barricades during the yellow vest protests in Lyon. Police violence is at its highest since 1968. As of now, 23 persons have lost an eye (https://pbs.twimg.com/media/D41GrQrX4AAMCB6.jpg:large). Recently an independant journalist, got arrested (https://twitter.com/GaspardGlanz). Violence continues, even though Amnesty International and the UN condemned the use of excessive force against protesters (https://www.amnesty.org/en/latest/news/2018/12/police-must-end-use-of-excessive-force-against-protesters-and-high-school-children-in-france/).

Nada mejor que la sensación de estar debajo del agua, ese silencio, esa desconexión del mundo exterior, esa momento de sentirte solo y pequeño, y ver como todo va más lento de lo normal.

ADD ME ON INSTAGRAM: daventuree It’s been a week since I have arrived here in Tenerife. The sunsets at the sea horizon, the spanish food and the incredible landscapes have already earned a special place in my heart.💛 My first weekend trip took me to this surreal place where hundreds of crabs were bustling around this so called “piscinas naturales”. Those natural pools emerged from arbitrary vulcanic streams.🌋

Had a long weekend so I picked up a ticket to Los Angeles and flew out there for some much needed relaxation. Was great to get some content again for the first time since I've moved away from Rome, and the weather really helped pull me out of that winter slump.

I cry a tear of hate but it is lost in helplessness. The darkness eats away at the very embers of my soul For the deepest love I have has dissolved before my eyes. My sorrow is bleak, I beg for deliverance. All emotion is consumed by an inner silence. All grief is unassuaged by disconsolate tears. I want for nothing, I live for nothing. I am waiting to die, but I am afraid dying. Lord, in your mercy, hear my prayer. Crestfallen emotion. Wallowing in guilt trying and drowning forevermore Falling deeper into fear. My inner self is now a sleeper of stone. ~ Anathema

Walking around Sydney Mardi Gras 2019 capturing this special event. The Sydney Gay & Lesbian Mardi Gras is one of Australia’s biggest tourist drawcards, with the parade and dance party attracting many international and domestic tourists. It is New South Wales’ second-largest annual event in terms of economic impact, generating an annual income of about A$30 million for the state. The event grew from gay rights parades held annually since 1978 and has been a major help in passing the same-sex marriage legislation in Australia on 9 December 2017.

I’ve been visiting this part of the California coastline since before I can remember. Every year my parents would take my siblings and I camping in the redwoods just a few miles away from this very stretch of Hwy 1. I still come back to this place whenever I get a chance, it’s just too beautiful and too full of fond memories to stay away for long. This morning was my first time visiting with a drone, and it was an incredible experience getting to see this place that I love from a new perspective

When the city shuts down for a snowstorm, I pack my skates, hike into the woods and enjoy this incredible spot to myself. Nothing beats the magic a snow storm brings. Huge snowflakes and complete silence on the ice, with the exception of the odd ice crack rippling through the valley reminding you that you’re on top of a lake of water.

I’ve got love for our crazy history of inventors in Scotland. My birthplace is also the birthplace of the tyre. Since then, it’s the home of a vintage car rally every year as an ode to the fella. Wee towns you drive through here have placards outside the town proclaiming the inventions, playing historical one-upmanship. We’ve lost some of our pride in that field.

Whilst cycling through the Canadian Rockies in Alberta, I got the chance to shoot the milky way over the Athabasca glacier in Jasper National Park, AB. shot around 3AM. No one else out there but me and the roar of the water from the glacier. Truly surreal experience I cannot wait to have again. This is a stack of 6 images from my a6300 at ISO 6400, F2.0 at 12mm (18mm FF eq.) Since stacking got rid of all of the noise at that ISO, I got a good Signal/Noise ratio.
