Joyful Father and Son Kite Flying on a Beach
Fly, fly away balloon. I couldn't resist hunting down this balloon at 400mm.

I heard an amazing version of this song ("Fly Away" by Alan Jackson) performed by street musicians the other day, hence the photo... angel wings come handy anytime...

Walking across this gap is an impressive feat. Arthur Pera takes a break in the middle of a 173m highline on the coast of Sydney, AUS. He's wearing a harness and proper safety equipment is used to ensure there is minimal danger.

Considering it's June there is still a lot of snow left up in the mountains, enough to make a few not so small kickers in order to end this winter season with a proper "bag of tricks send-off".

Exploring the local trails in my hometown in Colorado. Came across this hiker and his awesome dog and had to snap a photo!

I shot this behind our house on Valencia St in the SF Mission District. I set up my tripod and a step ladder. I balanced myself on the top of the ladder and my friend took the shot. I then climbed down, removed the ladder, and captured a second image. Later, in Photoshop, I worked with two layers: 1. me and the ladder; and 2. the empty alley. I then used a layer mask to brush away the ladder, leaving my body hanging in mid-air. The concept was intended to illustrate the power of salvation, a gift from Jesus through which he works in our lives to rescue us from self-destruction.

A piano with history is many times more significant than one without. This piano spoke the language of church, jazz, classical, and more.

I have to admit, I am a little obsessed with the night sky this year.

She could suddenly become a whole other character. A second ago she was laughing and then she decided to go deep into thoughts ... like her soul started a very slow dance, her hands were floating in air, she closed her eyes and ... I shot the moment she suddenly impressed me. Not much have changed in this photo. I'm not fan of extreme editing even though I sometimes try them. I decided not to even remove her hair from her hands because to me this is what made her original.

It has always been a dream to travel to Micronesia, but it’s a whole other story to get the opportunity to go, and dive the biggest graveyard of WWII ships in the world. The place I am speaking of is Chuck Lagoon of the Federated States of Micronesia, located about 1,000km south east from Guam on the Pacific Ocean. This is the remains of one of the merchant ships that sunk during Operation Hailstorm that took place in 1944.

(Internation Women’s Day) This young lady was all in for her high school show choir event. I love the energy and the willingness to just throw herself into the performance 100%. The show lights ended up giving this a 1940’s newspaper vibe - which I totally loved and thought made a perfect fit.

Going for the dramatic ‘going to war’ vibe in this shot. If you’ve ever had to do this you understand that position. We’ve got 50 inches of snow in the last 25 Days. Largest month on record. And yes those driveway drifts are actually that high. A good usable stock shot for a practice that’s very common this time of year.

We started hiking a couple hours before sunrise, finding our way up the mountain. The trail was overgrown and very hard to follow at times. We made several wrong turns. There was not a single person in sight at any point on the mountain. All to keep us company was the stories we told of our lives and how God as transformed us as we established new friendships. This picture makes me feel a sense of Awe for Gods creation and Gods creations.
