PNG Cheerful Latino safety mascot in gear for Brazilian industrial workers

Create a friendly, cartoon-style safety mascot for an industrial company specializing in metal structures. The character should be a cheerful, Latino male worker with a warm and approachable expression. He wears modern safety gear, including a white helmet, transparent safety glasses, and a communication headset. His outfit consists of a red short-sleeve shirt, a black safety harness properly strapped, industrial gloves, black work pants, and sturdy black boots. His stance is confident and welcoming, with one hand raised as if giving instructions or greeting someone. The art style should be professional, slightly modernized, and visually appealing, making him relatable to a Brazilian audience while maintaining an educational and safety-focused approach
