Moraine Lake has been somewhere I've wanted to visit for 15 years. Last week I finally managed to go there with my Fiancée and what an absolutely beautiful lake it is. When we landed in Calgary we had a 1.5 hour drive to our hotel in Banff and then slept for 3 hours before going on the drive up to Moraine Lake. We arrived at 5:30 to beat the crowds and got super lucky with the weather as it had rained the night before. This place is very special, and everyone should go and see it at least once. I can't wait to go back

I was walking around at Pride 2019 in New York to portrait interesting people and scenes. I meet these two women who were so full of joy and happiness and had to try to see if I could capture it somehow. I think it turned out really well and that you feel so much joy looking at how both smile in that kiss.

I was walking around at Pride 2019 in New York to portrait interesting people and scenes. I went by a group of people who were posing on the top of a New York yellow cab. They didn't pose less when I approached them with my camera. Somehow it ended up looking like a cover of a hip hop group.

I was walking around at Pride 2019 in New York to portrait interesting people and scenes. Well.. a group of guys with bunny ears. Obviously, they were up for posing and me up for capturing it.

I was walking around at Pride 2019 in New York to portrait interesting people and scenes. The boys were having a party in the middle of the street. I ended up taking a lot of photos of them and all their friends. I like this the most because of the three very different expressions and stories their faces tell.

Some of the Tufas at Mono Lake. They are calcium carbonate formations formed at the bottom of the lake when the lake was deeper. LA water officials started buying water rights and draining the lake in the early 1900's. As the water dropped the tufas were exposed. To learn how to take pictures like this, read my educational blogs at www.sharetimsphotos.com.

One week with friends and family in a lonely finca on Mallorca. I remember taking this shot after having barbecue and some glasses of wine in the backyard of our stay. Laughing, talking and listening to music with your best ones until sun rises is pure magic.

Fortunately, there were a lot of streetcars driving by this night and so it didn't take too long to capture a set of light trails that I really liked.

Picture taken in Yazd in Iran, where the celebrations for Norouzz were starting. Incredible night with an incredibly clear sky

The conditions to take this picture were challenging. There was quite a lot of cars and low light, giving you very little time to take the photo and leaving no possibility to set up a tripod. The aperture couldn't be too high because I wanted to have everything in focus, so I relied on being extra steady.

We were up at 3:30am on the day that the clocks went forward to summit the Cobbler and catch the first light of the summer. We made it to the top by 6:30am to catch the sunrise then once we had taken a few shots my friend climbed on top of the Needle (a rocky protrusion on the Cobbler) and looked out towards Ben Lomond. Without a cloud in the sky the light was perfect.

Waterfalls near Milford Sound, New Zealand. One of the most amazing experiences I've had traveling. This was on the road to Milford Sound in New Zealand. It is one of the rainest places on Earth and it was absolutely pouring when I was there. Waterfalls were forming literally everywhere around, just coming down the sides of the mountains.

It was raining so we decided to have a coffee while waiting for the rain to stop. This coffee shop was hidden from the crowd. We had to walk through the house to its backyard where there were a few tables and chairs were set under a hut. They served only Turkish coffee (with or without milk), nargile and some Turkish food. At the table next to us, an old lady was doing coffee fortune telling. We drank our "sade" (plain) Turkish coffee in such a Turkish place and Turkish atmosphere, which we hadn't experienced before even though we've been in Turkey for two years. Such an unforgettable memory.

Glenorchy lake area just after sunset. It was tricky taking this as it was pitch black, but lucky enough that the stars were sharp.

I went to Berlin with some good friends a few weeks ago. We were pretty late for the sunset, but made it just in time. We went up on a terrace of a hotel there to get that view! I'm really happy with the result of that long exposure. What do you think?

The cherry blossoms only last a few weeks in a year, and my partner and I were lucky enough to hire a Porsche from Tokyo and be in the perfect sport to capture these blossoms at Mt Fuji.

From the Oh Tilly series "Creative Workspace", this is one of my favourite images because of the shallow depth of field and that adorable #hashtag mug (one of my faves for a morning coffee). There's a local pottery guy, his name is Devil, and he sells these little pots at the Sunday markets. I am so addicted to his pieces and to supporting his business that I pick up more than one every week. My husband rolls his eyes every time, but I've seen him pick them up and admire them. ;)
