Another aerial shot taken from my drone over a freight train station. I saw that place from my car and I thought it could be looking more interesting from the air. The rust, the colors over there made it look like a train graveyard. I wish i could go higher with my drone, but in this case I had to follow the rules and fly responsible.

Even if I live and grew up in a major city, the proximity of nature has always felt like one of the things that make a place feel like home. Although there is not much nature that is untouched around Stockholm, we are still lucky enough to have a national park just around the corner. Sometimes, by leaving out the noise and the distraction and focusing on a simple detail, I realize that the essence of what I'm longing for is just around the corner.

A cascade of pots - I enjoy taking pics of my pots as much as I do as making them. The images go to another place, this'll sound odd, but this group shot reminds me of the mansion houses in the port of Hydra, greek island in the southern aegean.

This photo was shot from a place quite remote to the public, especially at the time it was shot. Almost no post processing was necessary. It has a special place for me because I hiked both mountains and stayed at the mountain it was shot from. Everyone tells me how it should be the next Apple default desktop which makes it even more special to me on how people see the image.

It was raining so we decided to have a coffee while waiting for the rain to stop. This coffee shop was hidden from the crowd. We had to walk through the house to its backyard where there were a few tables and chairs were set under a hut. They served only Turkish coffee (with or without milk), nargile and some Turkish food. At the table next to us, an old lady was doing coffee fortune telling. We drank our "sade" (plain) Turkish coffee in such a Turkish place and Turkish atmosphere, which we hadn't experienced before even though we've been in Turkey for two years. Such an unforgettable memory.

We live in a house that’s old (1930). It’s full of character. We love the way our interior worked out. It’s a fantastic place to shoot photos. This one I shot triple. I then blended the images so it would get a more dynamic range. I Think it worked out pretty well.

I was staying in Southwold again (my favourite place pretty much anywhere in the world). The beach huts are a common thing to photograph (there’s a puncture of them in my unsplash collection) but I’m also fascinated by the breaking waves. Lagos was actually the first place I was able to get really close to seagulls. There where a lot of them on the beaches and they were constantly fighting for the places with the best views. I tried to get a close shot and moved a little closer with every picture I took, but at some point my respect of them just got too big, so I stayed away. This one, that was actually taken from further away is definitely my favorite.
