Part-way through the coast of California sits a lonely lighthouse looking on to the Pacific Ocean.

I spent the past summer working on the 4UR Ranch in southwest Colorado which provided me plenty of opportunity to capture some great shots. This particular picture looks down from the mountainside on the east side of the ranch. The Rio Grande River can be seen flowing past the entrance of the ranch as it winds its way through wagon wheel gap.

We took a little trip to the east of tenerife. At one point we left our car in a parking lot... We went for a swim and enjoyed the sun on our faces. Later that day, when we came back to get our car, the parking lot was closed!🤦🏼‍♂️ We asked people in the restaurants nearby but nobody seemed to be able to help us. A very kind man who lived in a village which wasn’t far from the parking lot said he would drive back into the village and ask the people there who could open the parking area. In the meantime my friends and I watched the beautiful sunset and I took this picture.🌄 After waiting for ages, someone came and opened the parking lot for us. Even though it was annoying at first, I’d say we did make the best out of a bad situation.👏🏼

Going through the Atlas mountains I took a couple of shots but wanted to introduce framing. As a result, there's a gradient on framing from the hard rugged rock all the way to the snowy mountains.

I was travelling across Vietnam for a month in 2018. While trekking through a jungle, I came across a cave with a narrow opening and I went in until there was no more light. This is the last bit of the cave that was lit up. after this, it was pure darkness.

I visited Morro Rock at December, 2018. It was little cold that time and the sun went down behind the rock. The cold air from inland casted a blue color and the sun filled with golden color. Some kids played surfing on beach brought more vibrant into the scene.

This was taken after a long day of climbing out in Red Rock Nevada. This place is called Black Velvet Canyon it offers stunning views. However, having this view after working hard whilst climbing these cliffs made it even better.

I was hiking around Yosemite and photographing with a variety of lenses. I took several shots with a 28mm f2 and some with my 50mm f1.8. It seemed I was capturing good pictures but all of them only slightly deviated from the typical pictures you see of these colossal rocks. On whim I pulled out my dad’s old 200mm Minolta Rokkor telephoto lens that used in the 1970s with his XD11. I started shooting with this heavy old lens and quickly became obsessed with the details and colors it showed. Somehow a lens with a narrower field of view helped show just how giant and beautiful El Capitan is.

Shooting at night becomes a trend for my car photography. Of course, taking photos at low light, it’s way over my skills, techniques and the gear I have. Miraculously they came out quite pleasant. All this comes unexpectedly because these sessions are never planned, and I just had the chance to have my camera in the trunk and pass by a well-lighted parking lot.

It was amazing to be on the top of Älplihorn just on time for this beautiful sunrise. I hiked and climbed a couple of hours through the night, passing some chamois and ptarmigans in the darkness, and reached the top exhausted but very happy.

this photo has a funny story. after i composed my shot, i heared dogs barking in the distance but i didnt realize that they were heading my way…with no friendly intentions. i took several shots and when it seemed that the sound was getting closer i moved my attention to the surroundings and i saw 5 pairs of eyes sparkling in the dark and i thought…well…this is it:) but i kept calm and packed all my gear and i used my headlamp to blind them and walked backwards to my car. after i got in the car i realized that i was holding my breath and i laughed :) yeeey i’m alive!

I’ve been visiting this part of the California coastline since before I can remember. Every year my parents would take my siblings and I camping in the redwoods just a few miles away from this very stretch of Hwy 1. I still come back to this place whenever I get a chance, it’s just too beautiful and too full of fond memories to stay away for long. This morning was my first time visiting with a drone, and it was an incredible experience getting to see this place that I love from a new perspective

I was staying in Southwold again (my favourite place pretty much anywhere in the world). The beach huts are a common thing to photograph (there’s a puncture of them in my unsplash collection) but I’m also fascinated by the breaking waves. I like this shot because of the textures in the breakwater and the shadow created by the water droplets.

Lagos was actually the first place I was able to get really close to seagulls. There where a lot of them on the beaches and they were constantly fighting for the places with the best views. I tried to get a close shot and moved a little closer with every picture I took, but at some point my respect of them just got too big, so I stayed away. This one, that was actually taken from further away is definitely my favorite.
