This is without doubt my favourite urban botanical spots. Located right in the middle of London, in the most brutal of all Brutalist building ever built, the Barbican. It doesn’t matter what the weather is like outside ( usually grey and drizzly) inside the Barbican Conservatory it’s always tropical and always sunny, there’s always something blooming and there’s always something new to discover.

This was a journey to meet my in-laws and produce as many photos as I can for myself. I fell in love with this beautiful country, the spirituality, the freedom and the food. I love elegant and minimal images, and I am inspired by like-minded feeds on Instagram. Also, I love anything that involves florals. Every week I purchase flowers from Trader Joes and practice my photography skills shooting them. Usually, I incorporate props from around the home. They can be anything simple from a piece of fabric or little plates I’ve gathered etc. To shoot the images I generally style the items I’ll be using in front/on some foam board. Also, natural light is a must!

I spent the weekends in SoCal and came across a photo of the Pirate Tower and thought it looked fantastic so I asked the front desk of my hotel and they told me about Victoria Beach so I headed there. The tower looks surreal. It’s right by the cliff and seems like an antique.

There’s nothing like a Michigan beach in my book. The sand is thick and grainy, perfect for afternoon drip castles that can last all day. Seagulls sing for hours, driftwood begs you to find a crafty project, and friends dot the sand without it feeling crowded. Bring a towel, a book, and your best shades because you’re going to be here for a while. Even on overcast days, this is the place to be.

This trip was one of the most intense of my life: after drove around 18 hours from Leknes (Lofoten) to Posio (Finland) and nearly a thousand of km on our shoulder, we sleep around 3 hour before heading up to this really mesmerizing place. In Riisitunturin National Park, we have spent the sunset and the night, and after that, my friend, Alessandro, has lost himself during the night, shooting the trees under northern light, but fortunately Finnish Police have found him in less than 2 hours, but this is another story.

Cold brew coffee! I believe we've got something really interesting to beat the heat! This is for all of you who really need their caffeine fix but the heat just makes a hot brew unappealing. After a couple of experiments with easily available coffee and brewing method, I and my friend arrived at something we like. Shot this with two LED bulbs in an octabox on camera right. It had to be a pouring shot to capture the mood of anticipation before we get to the brew and have it. I can just imagine the smells wafting around and the sound of coffee being poured onto clinking ice!
