We took a little trip to the east of tenerife. At one point we left our car in a parking lot... We went for a swim and enjoyed the sun on our faces. Later that day, when we came back to get our car, the parking lot was closed!🤦🏼‍♂️ We asked people in the restaurants nearby but nobody seemed to be able to help us. A very kind man who lived in a village which wasn’t far from the parking lot said he would drive back into the village and ask the people there who could open the parking area. In the meantime my friends and I watched the beautiful sunset and I took this picture.🌄 After waiting for ages, someone came and opened the parking lot for us. Even though it was annoying at first, I’d say we did make the best out of a bad situation.👏🏼

The sunsets at the sea horizon, the spanish food and the incredible landscapes have already earned a special place in my heart.💛 My first weekend trip took me to this surreal place where hundreds of crabs were bustling around this so called “piscinas naturales”. Those natural pools emerged from arbitrary vulcanic streams.🌋

I’ve been so used to sharing photos from my travels and vacations that I haven’t spent much time actually practicing the art of photographing. I’m trying to shift gears from only enjoying the photo editing process to enjoying the capturing process. It’s happening somewhat naturally, and it’s one of those things that just seem like the planets are aligning. This is something really exciting for me and I’m looking forward to seeing where my photography is at in another 3 months!

This time it is from really early in the morning when the sun was still behind the mountains, but there was absolutely no wind so I got a perfect reflection of the Zugspitze in the Eibsee. In Spain there is a very serious situation with the murder and abandonment of Galgos. Thousands die every year. Sira was 3 years old when her owner cut her throat to remove the identification chip required in Spain. She was no longer fit to run because she was too old. Then he probably tried to kill her with a blow to the head. A greyhound shelter in our province, cured her and found a home for her. When Sonia and I saw her we fell in love with her. Today his more than fifty scars are still there but after two years with his real family he is finally happy. A exception.

I captured this photo in woods of Vail, Colorado this afternoon. I used my 70-200 lens with a 2x and high shutter speed so I could rapid fire handheld before he scurried off to find his lunch. Spring is only a couple weeks away, and this handsome fella is ready to hunt!

We live in a house that’s old (1930). It’s full of character. We love the way our interior worked out. It’s a fantastic place to shoot photos. This one I shot triple. I then blended the images so it would get a more dynamic range. I Think it worked out pretty well.

This is a photo from a series of mock ups I have been working on. To style, I generally place my props down and then grab my camera or phone. I use the viewfinder to look at different crops until I find an interesting composition I like, like this one. I really like this photo because it is simple but elegant, and I tend to find myself drawn to minimalism. Hope you enjoy!

She is a University debater and she won Miss Malaysian Indian 2018. She had so many struggles in her life to be in this position. I did this Kayak Tour of the Milford Sound on a recent trip to New Zealand with Urban Armor Gear. After racing a colleague directly across the sound (about 1/2 mile), I pulled my camera out while resting and waiting for the rest of the group to catch up. The kayak was narrow and would easily tip so every movement on the kayak was tedious. Here I balanced my phone while taking a picture of the fog and light rain which gave the fiordlands an eerie feeling. Due to the lack of light, the only thing color that really stood out was my kayak and dry bag.

Visiting an exhibition on Matadero in Madrid, my friend and I found this installation from Mandalaki, it’s called DI_LIGHTFUL. It’s a small room with lights that create circles of very different colours. We just went nuts with it, I think we took about 50 pictures just in this place. We’ve been in Madrid for a couple of days now for work, and we are simply in love with the city. If anyone is considering visiting, DO IT. It’s amazing. The classic and the modern all together, beautiful and welcoming people, lots of art, opportunities and great moments.

Every year my parents would take my siblings and I camping in the redwoods just a few miles away from this very stretch of Hwy 1. I love elegant and minimal images, and not to mention, anything that involves florals. Every week I purchase florals from Trader Joes and practice my photography skills shooting them with simple props from around home. Hence, the image you see here! Also, the lovely mini plates are from Magnolia! To shoot this image, I used natural lighting, and some foam board to style the props on. I will rearrange and crop for a variety as well!

Lagos was actually the first place I was able to get really close to seagulls. There where a lot of them on the beaches and they were constantly fighting for the places with the best views. I tried to get a close shot and moved a little closer with every picture I took, but at some point my respect of them just got too big, so I stayed away. This one, that was actually taken from further away is definitely my favorite.

I got the rare opportunity to shoot from one of the tallest buildings in the city of Nashville at sunrise. This photo I got with a Canon 50mm Tilt Shift lens, which makes the buildings and cars below look more like toys than real. It was a fantastic experience.

We visited Paris for a concert, so we didn’t have much time. First thing we did was rushing to the Sacre Coeur which is an magical place to see in Paris. When you turn around from the beautiful cathedral and the charming small shops you’re greeted with this astonishing view of the city. I will never forget that trip - we fell absolutely in love with this city!

A small and very cute Egyptian Goose gosling pauses in the morning sun for a short preening session. This little guy and 3 of its siblings were all walking around in the short grass and they stopped right in the morning sun. I laid down low along an embankment so I could get the little ducks’s head up into the dark background and really show off that fuzzy glow. Taken at a local park in Sebastian, Florida.
