A pleasant climate all year long, the sea near the city center, cheap life and a more permissive society have pushed many American and European professionals to spend 6 months per year, or even to move there. For a skateboarder, Barcelona finally looks more like a kind of Disneyland, with a number of spots per square kilometer, perfect and natural, completely disproportionate.

The Aga Khan Museum is a one of a kind in its simplistic oriental design. It's definitely a Toronto hidden gem. This setting was perfect for my #WhitespaceProject seeking minimalistic styles in everyday photography. Although we had to leave, on our way out of the museum, I jumped with excitement when I saw the direct sunlight making the white marble wall glow. A year ago, I had the courage to capture the happenings during the Chinese New Year in Binondo, Manila. It was quite challenging to brave the large crowd under the scorching heat. However, discovering different scenarios and people like the vendor (he doesn’t sell mushrooms btw) is one of a kind experience. This 2019, I covered the event once again but I didn’t meet the vendor this time.

Taken after the wedding actually The happy bride started to get ready at noon and we left her house in a super hurry, like 1h before the sunset hoping to still catch a bit of light (in Philippines the sunset is really early - at that time around 5 pm). Anyway, initially we supposed to shoot at a local football stadium but 🙂, because we arrived there “too late” everything was closed already (Sunday afternoon) and not even a guard to bribe around 😬. Due to mentioned facts we had no choice anymore so… we had to stop the car just like that, next to a plain field… and voila, this is the result :)

We took a little trip to the east of tenerife. At one point we left our car in a parking lot... We went for a swim and enjoyed the sun on our faces. Later that day, when we came back to get our car, the parking lot was closed!🤦🏼‍♂️ We asked people in the restaurants nearby but nobody seemed to be able to help us. A very kind man who lived in a village which wasn’t far from the parking lot said he would drive back into the village and ask the people there who could open the parking area. In the meantime my friends and I watched the beautiful sunset and I took this picture.🌄 After waiting for ages, someone came and opened the parking lot for us. Even though it was annoying at first, I’d say we did make the best out of a bad situation.👏🏼
