Cold brew coffee! I believe we've got something really interesting to beat the heat! This is for all of you who really need their caffeine fix but the heat just makes a hot brew unappealing. After a couple of experiments with easily available coffee and brewing method, I and my friend arrived at something we like. Shot this with two LED bulbs in an octabox on camera right. It had to be a pouring shot to capture the mood of anticipation before we get to the brew and have it. I can just imagine the smells wafting around and the sound of coffee being poured onto clinking ice!

I somehow wanted to allow my pain and loss to take over any sense of joy or peace I felt. I wanted to give more space to my pain so that I can validate it, and somehow feel better through it.But I know that won’t work.So I decided I’m going to take time out of my day today to reminisce on this painful year no matter the emotions that will surface, allow myself to dig deep, and see all the good that came to me.I learned that no matter how much I’m struggling, I can snap out of my pain momentarily and be there for someone else.I learned how selfless I can be.In the darkest moments of my life.

Not only I took this cool picture with a Rycote Blimp and the Sony MDR 7502 headphones, I also recorded the sounds coming from the ricefield. Sound is something that a picture can't tell you. A picture ends by its frame but not the sound! I traveled 35 days from Ho Chi Minh City to Ha Giang and lived another month in Hanoi and created one of the largest sound libraries from Vietnam. In Spain there is a very serious situation with the murder and abandonment of Galgos. Thousands die every year. Sira was 3 years old when her owner cut her throat to remove the identification chip required in Spain. She was no longer fit to run because she was too old. If you visit Thailand and you want to meet some animals such as these Asian Elephants, make sure you do your research. There is a lot of oppressive treatment of these gentle giants for tourism. You should look to visit an elephant sanctuary where the fees are high, where the elephants are free to roam, feed, play and bathe, where there are NEVER any chains or elephant riding. When visiting Chiang Mai - try Elephant Nature Park, who do some wonderful things with animal rescue.

When I was a little kid, I dreamed I’m in a church with tall black walls. I was a prisoner cause I could see no windows or doors and I was lost between too many chairs around me!‌ I remember turning my head and there were two girls that were calling my name. I stepped towards them. On of them grabbed me and pulled me to herself. She circled her arms around me and I was ready to kiss her. I got closer and then suddenly I realized she has no face! It freaked me out. I jumped back and fell on a chair. Then they took their knives out and attacked me to rip my face off.
