This is Lake Agnes, which can be found by doing any of the Little Beehive, Big Beehive or Lake Agnes trails when you arrive at Lake Louise, Banff. We had a bit of a varied day weather wise, so I set my camera & tripod up on a small bridge and just waited until the wind died down to get this reflection. There's also an awesome Tea House right next to it, however they only take cash so I missed out on some of their famous chocolate cake this time... but next time ;)

Marienbrücke. Amazing place. It's a bridge where you can get most part of the cliches photos of the castle. There's great view from there and you can hike to the different spots to get different photos. There are a lot of short hikes starting from there. This is one of the views you can see when you are inside the Neuschwanstein Castle.

I went to the darkest area near my hometown called "Gülper See". It is part of an area where a very low amount of light pollution is. It is well known by a lot of the astrophotographers, because it's also one of the darkest spots here in Germany. When you want to shoot the amazing nightsky in Germany, then you should definitely visit the "Westhavelland" in Brandenburg!

Fortunately, there were a lot of streetcars driving by this night and so it didn't take too long to capture a set of light trails that I really liked.

A bright Yellow Warbler who didn't seem the least bit bothered by the heavy rain and wind. He was bouncing around in the low brush in front of my friend and I. It landed on a lot of great perches, some a little distant like this one that gave a great sense of environment and the rain and some closer and right near us. I really likd how the bird was framed in on this perch and you could easily see the heavy rain that was not fun to shoot in but worth it.

I always love taking photos of small objects by a window in my apartment. I was making coffee one morning and the thought just struck me to show off these coffee beans, and what you see is what came of it.

I drive by this custom upholstery shop in Revere, Ma everyday and see interesting cars parked out front. I finally got the nerve to pull over an ask if i could take some photos of the car. The owner was very happy and proud that i wanted to take pics of his car and he happily obliged. sometimes all you have to do is ask!

The Sivuch, or eared seal, is very impressive in size, which is why Steller, a biologist, when describing an animal, gave it the name "sea lion". Similarity to the king of the savannah is attached to the sea lion by the guard hairs, growing on the back of the neck and shoulders like the mane, and a powerful roar in the bass.

This is our star being eclipsed by our moon during an annular eclipse. I viewed this in Tokyo during the early hours of May 20th, 2012. I still remember the anticipation in everyone's faces due to the fact that the clouds would not open the sky to us but also because the light around us began to dim and we knew our window of opportunity to see the eclipse was fading. It was only in the last 10 or so minutes did the clouds thin out and leave a very translucent layer for the sun to be able to shine its light through for us to see a massive ring appear above us.

According to a 2018 McKinsey report, China boasts 114 of the world’s 147 female, self-made billionaires (America has 14). And almost 50% more women hold professional or technical jobs for every 100 men in the Philippines. This is my submission for International Women’s Day. You see this image told a completely different story before, but something I never forgot about was the secondary story that crept into my mind and would stay there for when the time was right. The time is now perfect. While the original story we told was to do with manipulation for ones own personal gain as seen by the expression on the background model’s face, I realised this image could also tell the story of empowering others. And more specifically in this case, women empowering other women which I saw as a great strength!

6am start for a zodiac cruise in the aptly named Paradise Harbour. As we silently drifted past huge icebergs with the snow falling, we were surrounded by at least 12 ‘bubble net feeding’ humpback whales. Genuinely had no idea which direction to look, they were everywhere! ⠀⠀⠀⠀ Paradise indeed.

I spent the weekends in SoCal and came across a photo of the Pirate Tower and thought it looked fantastic so I asked the front desk of my hotel and they told me about Victoria Beach so I headed there. The tower looks surreal. It’s right by the cliff and seems like an antique.

Little do many people know, a very famous song by ABBA called ‘Waterloo’ is actually set in a small village outside of Liverpool called Waterloo, not London. The amount of people who do not know this upsets me as I live here now and it’s a vibrant village full of life, it’s own beach and beautiful sunsets. (Like this one)
