All i want is everything - Page 2

This is Seoul and Hannam-dong. It’s not a travel destination. But it’s a great place to feel the Korean atmosphere. If you want to travel to Korea, I would recommend this place. This is Korea!

Cold brew coffee! I believe we've got something really interesting to beat the heat! This is for all of you who really need their caffeine fix but the heat just makes a hot brew unappealing. After a couple of experiments with easily available coffee and brewing method, I and my friend arrived at something we like. Shot this with two LED bulbs in an octabox on camera right. It had to be a pouring shot to capture the mood of anticipation before we get to the brew and have it. I can just imagine the smells wafting around and the sound of coffee being poured onto clinking ice!

Not only I took this cool picture with a Rycote Blimp and the Sony MDR 7502 headphones, I also recorded the sounds coming from the ricefield. Sound is something that a picture can't tell you. A picture ends by its frame but not the sound! I traveled 35 days from Ho Chi Minh City to Ha Giang and lived another month in Hanoi and created one of the largest sound libraries from Vietnam. Feel free to go to my website https://freetousesounds.com and check out all the royalty free recordings from Vietnam and 20 other countries!

All you need for this shot is some pomme frites (french fries) and some patience. Let the birds know you have some with a good teaser fry, then hold it where you want them to land. Have the camera ready in the other hand and be ready to hold the trigger for that one good shot. Sadly, though, this beautiful monument of art is in a state of tragedy.

I took this shot while vacationing in Disney World with my wife. Epcot has always been my favorite park due to the magnificent architecture that represents several regions of the world. The Epcot ball is one of the most recognizable pieces of architecture at Disney World and at night it lights up with beautiful vibrant colors. I wanted to capture this moment where the geometric shape and the color all came together! I used a Sony a7rii with a 35mm 1.4 lens with an ISO of 2500 and shutter speed of 1/125.

If you have never experienced a slot canyon hike, I really think you should do it. Upper Antelope Canyon near Page, Arizona is a fantastic place. An easy hike and great guides make it simply unforgettable. You'll want a wide angle and a high ISO camera.

I drive by this custom upholstery shop in Revere, Ma everyday and see interesting cars parked out front. I finally got the nerve to pull over an ask if i could take some photos of the car. The owner was very happy and proud that i wanted to take pics of his car and he happily obliged. sometimes all you have to do is ask!

Chile's Valle de la Luna bathed in the soft light of the Atacama desert after sunset. I've talked before about how much I love the light in the desert. The air seems to create such a diffuse quality to the light around sunset, providing all sorts of pastel shades of color. Maybe it's the fine dust scattering the light. This is similar to a shot I posted a little bit ago, but at a later time. You can see how the bright golden light of the sun in the previous shot before sunset, changes into the soft, diffuse light of after sunset.

Fireworks as photographed through experimental techniques. I love the chromatic banding around the shapes, how the light of the whizzing fireworks is refracted into its constituent parts. This is one fast exposure, all effects are accomplished in camera.

I saw quite a few lakes in Banff, but Moraine Lake is my absolute favourite. No matter the weather, there is some outstanding beauty there; as can be seen here on an overcast day! I can't wait to go back here, I'm totally in love with Canada haha!

I went to the darkest area near my hometown called "Gülper See". It is part of an area where a very low amount of light pollution is. It is well known by a lot of the astrophotographers, because it's also one of the darkest spots here in Germany. When you want to shoot the amazing nightsky in Germany, then you should definitely visit the "Westhavelland" in Brandenburg!

Vibes: "Black Mermaid" by Esthero How? A friend comes over, we chat over tea. Another friend comes over, I introduce them, they click and start chatting. The Sun is going down, I need to take this photo before the light is gone. I excuse myself and let my friends chat, grab the tripod, the remote and a little end table, go in the sunroom, take my clothes off, slip this lacy black gown on, balance on the table and take about 10 photos. Slip my clothes back on, put everything back, my friends did not even notice I was gone. Whatever it takes... “I must be a mermaid, Rango. I have no fear of depths and a great fear of shallow living. ― Anais Nin
